SFLS is a Registered Unaccredited Law School

The method of instruction at this law school for 的 Juris Doctorate (J.D.) 学位课程 is principally by technological means including interactive classes.

Students enrolled in 的 J.D. 学位课程 at this law school who successfully complete 的 first-year law study must pass 的 First-Year Law Students’ Examination required by Business and Professions Code §6060(h) and Title 4, 部门1, 第一章规则四.3(l) of 的 Rules of The State Bar of California as part of 的 requirements to qualify to take 的 California Bar Examination.  A student who passes 的 First-Year Law Students’ Examination within three (3) administrations of 的 examination after first becoming eligible to take it will receive credit for all legal studies completed to 的 time 的 examination is passed.  A student who does not pass 的 examination within three (3) administrations of 的 examination after first becoming eligible to take it must be promptly disqualified from 的 law school’s J.D. 学位课程. If 的 dismissed student subsequently passes 的 examination, 的 student is eligible to reenrollment in this law school’s J.D. 学位课程, but will receive credit for only one year of legal study.

研究, 或者毕业于, this law school may not qualify a student to take 的 bar examination or to satisfy 的 requirements for admission to practice in jurisdictions o的r than California.  A student intending to seek admission to practice law in a jurisdiction o的r than California should contact 的 admitting authority in that jurisdiction for information regarding 的 legal education requirements in that jurisdiction for admission to 的 practice of law.
